  I worked here for only a couple months and had to quit because I could not stand the work environment. The owner is fake and practically everyone else who works there is also that way. I was completely untrained and just thrown into a room where I did not know where a first aid kit or incident reports were located. When certain issues would occur and I would let management know nothing was ever done about it. There is no disapline for children who are a risk to other students As long as she is getting a payment every week she did not care what was going on inside the class.
