- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Impossible to reach a loan officer by phone, he only answers when the customer he's financing calls. Then he issues the WRONG type of check and the credit union stops payment after we deposit it. As a small business this has consequences to us, once they discovered the problem it takes them almost 2 weeks to issue a correct check.
